Alisha Schweigert is a Broker Associate and Co-Owner of Tall Tines Trophy Properties. Raised on her family’s farm near Vale, South Dakota, where her family continues to farm today, Alisha’s connection to the land began long before her career in real estate.
Growing up on a working farm taught her the value of hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way. Hunting, fishing, hiking, dirt biking, and a lifelong love of the outdoors gave her an appreciation for land that goes far beyond acreage and property lines. She understands that land can represent a family’s livelihood, years of hard work, a place to raise a family, or a legacy passed from one generation to the next.
Before transitioning into real estate, Alisha spent more than a decade in the banking industry, bringing with her a strong financial background and years of experience working directly with clients. Alongside her husband, Mark, Alisha has played an integral role in building Tall Tines Trophy Properties and the brand it represents. Her approach to business is rooted in the same values she was raised with: shake a person’s hand, look them in the eye, mean what you say, and understand that at the end of the day, a person is only as good as their word. Becoming a licensed Broker Associate was a natural extension of the role she already held, allowing her to bring that same passion, work ethic, and attention to detail directly to the people Tall Tines represents.
For Alisha, representing land is personal. Whether it’s a family farm that has been worked for generations, a ranch built through a lifetime of hard work, or the hunting property someone has spent years dreaming about owning, she understands there is more attached to a piece of land than a price tag. Every property has a story, and she believes it deserves to be told with the same care and respect that went into building it.
