Born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska, Chance Watson brings a deep-rooted passion for land, livestock, and the outdoors to Tall Tines Trophy Properties. His agricultural foundation runs generations deep. His grandfather founded an agricultural livestock company in 1971, which has since grown into a multi-generational family business serving producers across the U.S. and abroad. From a young age, Chance learned the value of integrity, hard work, and stewardship from his father, who remains a mentor and business partner to this day.
Chance and his family manage multiple farms and an 800-acre property in Northeast Nebraska, where they crop share and lease pasture for cow/calf pairs. Whether it’s planting food plots, filling feeders, or scouting deer with his kids, the outdoors isn’t just a hobby; it’s a way of life. With his wife, two daughters, and son, Chance believes in raising the next generation with a love for the land and an appreciation for conservation.
By joining Tall Tines Trophy Properties, Chance is combining his lifelong experience in agriculture and land management with his passion for real estate and wildlife. His goal is to deliver exceptional service to every client, rooted in faith, purpose, and a relentless work ethic. Whether you’re buying, selling, or exploring your land ownership goals, Chance is committed to helping you make the most of every acre.
